Terms of Use & Payment Terms
Effective: 9 September 2026
On this page
These Terms of Use and our Payment Terms (set out in Schedule 1 below, and together with these Terms of Use, the "Terms") are your agreement with us and govern your access to and use of the Xicoia AI platform and any associated software applications and websites (all together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.
The Services are operated by Xicoia Ltd ("Xicoia", "us", "our" and "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 16248273) whose registered office is at 20 Vespasian Way, Dorchester, England, DT1 2RD.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN AI SERVICE. YOU ARE INTERACTING WITH AI CHARACTERS NOT REAL PEOPLE.
IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES: SECTION 15 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Xicoia AI platform. Before your first call we check your age using an automated age check provided by a third-party provider — a selfie analysis, with a photo-ID check if the result is unclear — as described in our Privacy Policy. Passing the age check is a condition of using the Services. If the check indicates that you are under 18 you will not be able to use the Services; if you believe the result is wrong, email support@xicoiatalent.com and we will review it. Xicoia reserves the right to terminate access for any user reasonably believed to be under 18, without notice.
2. Registration and Access
Users. Access to the Services is available to registered users aged 18 and over who have passed our age check. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The Services are not licensed for, and must not be used in, any workplace or educational setting — for example, they must not be used to assess, monitor or train employees, job candidates or students.
Registration. You must register for an account to use the Services. You may not share your account access credentials or make your account available to anyone else, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Xicoia immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Signing in with a third-party service. We may allow you to register or sign in using a third-party service such as Google or Apple. If you do, you authorise us to receive from that service the information needed to create and operate your account (such as your name and email address), as described in our Privacy Policy. Your relationship with that third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for it.
After using any free access, if you wish to pay for additional access our Payment Terms apply, as set out in Schedule 1 (Payment Terms), which forms part of these Terms.
Call recording. Video calls with our AI characters are recorded (video and audio, including your image and voice). Recording is how the service works: by starting a call you confirm that you understand and accept that the call is recorded and that your image and voice are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Recordings are retained by us for 24 hours, after which they are permanently deleted, subject to any uses flagged in our Privacy Policy. Within that 24-hour window we will email you a link to view and download your recording. You will need to sign in to the account that made the call to view it, and the link stops working when the recording is deleted. If you download your recording, you are responsible for any copies you keep or share.
Experimental service. The Services are an experimental entertainment product. We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Services (or any AI character or feature) at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Services before purchased minutes you hold have expired, we will refund the unused portion as described in our Payment Terms.
Limited availability — Service End Date. Talking Tilly is a limited engagement. The Services will be available only until 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday, 19 September 2026 (which is 7:59 AM British Summer Time on Sunday, 20 September 2026) (the "Service End Date"). All calling minutes — free and purchased — must be used before the Service End Date and cannot be used after it. All minutes expire at the Service End Date and any minutes you have not used by then are forfeited. This is stated before you buy and at checkout. The scheduled arrival of the Service End Date is not a discontinuation of the Services for the purposes of Schedule 1 Section (d); if we permanently discontinue the Services before the Service End Date, Section (d) applies and we will refund unused purchased minutes.
3. The AI Platform: Important Limitations
AI outputs are not professional advice. The Xicoia AI platform generates automated responses using artificial intelligence. Nothing produced by the platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on platform outputs as a substitute for professional advice.
Outputs may not be accurate. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. Platform outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or free from error. You must evaluate all outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before using or sharing them.
Memory between sessions. Our AI characters may retain and use context from your previous conversations to personalise future sessions (for example, Tilly may remember topics you have discussed before). Memory data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you may ask us to delete it at any time by contacting privacy@xicoiatalent.com. Memory may be incomplete or inaccurate: do not assume the platform has retained any particular information, and do not rely on it to store information that matters to you.
Safety and wellbeing. Our AI characters are not people and are not a source of emotional support, companionship, or counselling. If you are experiencing distress or thoughts of self-harm, please stop using the Services and contact your local emergency services or a crisis support line (in the UK, Samaritans on 116 123; in the US, call or text 988).
4. Protect Your Own Information
Do not share private or sensitive personal information about yourself or other people with our AI characters — for example your full name, address, contact details, financial or medical information, or details about third parties. Xicoia is not responsible for any consequences arising from personal or sensitive information you choose to submit to the platform. This does not limit our own data-protection obligations for information we process. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how data you submit is handled.
5. Using the Services
What you can do. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. In using the Services, you must comply with all applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, our terms and conditions and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
What you cannot do. You may not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
- (a) use the Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's rights;
- (b) modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any of the Services;
- (c) attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of the Services, including models, algorithms, or systems (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law);
- (d) automatically or programmatically extract data or Output from the Services;
- (e) represent that Output was human-generated when it was not;
- (f) interfere with or disrupt the Services, including circumventing any rate limits, restrictions, or protective measures or safety mitigations;
- (g) use Output to develop models or products that compete with Xicoia or its Services;
- (h) attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the intended behaviour or content boundaries of the platform;
- (i) use the platform to generate or solicit harmful, illegal, or abusive content;
- (j) use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organisation;
- (k) attempt to extract proprietary information about Xicoia's technology, systems, or AI architecture through any means, including adversarial prompting;
- (l) use platform outputs as a component in any AI training dataset, or for the development of a competing product or service;
- (m) record, capture, or scrape sessions in bulk using automated tools or scripts;
- (n) use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, including laws relating to privacy, intellectual property, or consumer protection;
- (o) use the Services in any way related to children and those under 18 including without limitation as subjects;
- (p) copy in whole or part our AI characters;
- (q) use the Services to generate, solicit, or attempt to elicit sexually explicit or pornographic content;
- (r) impersonate any real person, or use the Services to create content that impersonates any real person, without that person's consent;
- (s) use the Services to generate or solicit content that promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating;
- (t) use the Services or any Output for political advertising or campaign material;
- (u) use the Services or any Output to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- (v) access the Services other than through the interfaces we make available to you;
- (w) create or use more than one account, or register a new account after we have suspended or terminated your access, including to obtain additional free minutes or to exceed purchase caps;
- (x) use the Services to generate or solicit content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any person or group on the basis of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
- (y) use the Services or any Output to defraud, scam, or mislead anyone, including by presenting Output or a recording as an interaction with a real person in order to deceive;
- (z) use the Services to promote, incite, or facilitate violence, terrorism, or other criminal activity; and/or
- (aa) attempt to bypass, falsify or interfere with the age check, including by using another person's face, image or identity document.
Xicoia reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user in breach of this clause and, where lawful, we will tell you which term you breached. Our safety systems may end a call automatically if they detect conduct or content that breaches these Terms; if that happens you will see a message saying the call was ended by our safety systems. Minutes used before the call ended are not refunded, and any remaining balance is unaffected unless we suspend your account. You will take down any Output generated on our platform on request by Xicoia including without limitation Output which breaches these Terms of Use.
Software. Our Services may allow you to download software, such as applications, which may update automatically to ensure you are using the latest version. Our software may include open source software governed by its own licences, which we will make available to you.
Third party services. Our Services may include third-party software, products, or services ("Third Party Services"), and some parts of our Services may include output from those services ("Third Party Output"). Third Party Services and Third Party Output are subject to their own terms, which will be notified to you, and we are not responsible for them.
Sharing your call with other people. You must inform anyone who joins your call, or who is visible or audible on screen during it, that the call is recorded and that these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply to the session.
6. Content
Your content. You may provide input to the Services including without limitation text, sound, audio, and audiovisual content ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, and permissions needed to provide Input to the Services.
Ownership of content. As between you and Xicoia, and to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- (a) you retain any intellectual property rights you hold in your Input. By using the Services, you grant Xicoia a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, store, process, and analyse your Input for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, providing the Services, quality assurance, safety monitoring, and the aggregate analysis described in our Privacy Policy, consistent with that Policy. This licence lasts for as long as we retain your Input in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and does not permit us (or our providers) to use your Input to train AI models; and
- (b) Xicoia owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Output. You hereby assign to Xicoia all your right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output. For clarity, this assignment does not give Xicoia any rights in your image, voice, or likeness beyond the licence in (a) above and the uses described in our Privacy Policy.
Similarity of content. Due to the nature of the Services and artificial intelligence generally, Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar Output from the Services. The assignment above does not extend to other users' Output or any Third Party Output.
Our use of content. We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve the Services, comply with applicable law, enforce these Terms, and keep the Services safe. We do not use Content to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback. If you give us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services, we may use it to operate and improve the Services without restriction and without any obligation to you.
Session data and review. Conversations on the platform are recorded and transcribed, and stored for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy. Transcripts may be reviewed by authorised Xicoia personnel or trusted third-party partners for purposes including quality assurance, safety monitoring, for regulatory, legal and compliance purposes and platform improvement. Where such review occurs, it is subject to strict confidentiality obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.
7. Limited Licence to Share Outputs
Subject to these Terms, Xicoia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to share Outputs for the purposes for which the Services have been made available to you, provided that:
- (a) you do not edit, alter, or misrepresent the Outputs;
- (b) you attribute the content to Xicoia or the relevant platform feature where reasonably practicable; and
- (c) your use does not bring Xicoia into disrepute.
Xicoia may revoke this licence at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion.
Your call recording. Notwithstanding the above, you may download the recording of your own call that we email to you and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not edit it in a misleading way and your use otherwise complies with these Terms. Any commercial use of your recording still requires our prior written consent as set out below. We will not revoke your right to share your own call recording except where your use of it breaches these Terms or the law. If we reasonably believe your recording is being used in a way that breaches these Terms — including in a way that misleads people about Tilly or Xicoia, harms any person, or brings Xicoia into disrepute — we may require you to stop sharing it and remove it from anywhere you have posted it, and you agree to do so promptly.
Recordings we may withhold. The recording is a complimentary feature and is not part of the paid service. Before a recording is sent to you it is checked by our automated safety systems. We may withhold or delete a recording where those checks identify content that breaches these Terms, is unlawful, or is likely to cause harm to any person or serious damage to Xicoia's reputation; if that happens we will tell you that your recording is not available. Withholding a recording does not affect your minutes or any refund rights under Schedule 1.
For the avoidance of doubt, any use of Outputs in advertising, branded content, paid campaigns, merchandise, or any context where Outputs are used to generate revenue or commercial benefit for you or a third party requires prior written consent from Xicoia.
8. Accuracy of Outputs
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. We are constantly working to improve the Services. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of the Services may in some situations result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.
When you use the Services you understand and agree:
- Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
- You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output.
- You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
- Our Services may produce incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent Xicoia's views. If Output references any third-party products or services, it does not mean that third party endorses or is affiliated with Xicoia.
9. Intellectual Property
Xicoia and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of the Services other than those expressly set out herein.
10. Termination and Suspension
Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services or delete your account if we determine:
- (a) you have breached these Terms;
- (b) we must do so to comply with the law; or
- (c) your use of the Services could cause risk or harm to Xicoia, our users, or anyone else.
Appeals. If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you may contact us at support@xicoiatalent.com.
Termination and paid access. Where your access is permanently terminated for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, any paid credits or pre-purchased access held at the time of termination will be forfeited. Where we terminate or permanently withdraw the Services for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of any purchased minutes as described in our Payment Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and except to the extent prohibited by law, Xicoia and its affiliates and licensors make no other warranties (express or implied) about the Services, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free, or that any Content will be secure or not lost or altered. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have legal rights where services or digital content are faulty or not as described, and nothing in these Terms removes them.
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUTS FROM THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
NEITHER XICOIA NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100) AND (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER (INCLUDING UNDER THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015). THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the above may not apply to you and you may have additional rights. In such cases, these Terms only limit our responsibilities to the maximum extent permissible in your jurisdiction.
XICOIA'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND DISTRIBUTORS ARE INTENDED THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF THIS SECTION.
13. Indemnity
If you are a contractor, business, or organisation, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Xicoia, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) from third-party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.
14. General Terms
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be void. Xicoia may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest of any business associated with the Services.
Changes to these Terms or Services. We are continuously working to develop and improve the Services. We may update these Terms or the Services accordingly from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of changes that materially adversely affect you, either by email or in-platform notification. All other changes will be effective as soon as we post them. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
Delay in enforcing these Terms. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and will not affect the enforceability of any other terms.
Trade controls. You must comply with all applicable trade laws, including sanctions and export control laws. The Services may not be used in or for the benefit of, or exported or re-exported to: (a) any embargoed country or territory; or (b) any individual or entity with whom dealings are prohibited or restricted under applicable trade laws. The Services may not be used for any end use prohibited by applicable trade laws, and your Input may not include material or information that requires a government licence for release or export.
Events beyond our control. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in the Services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, power or internet infrastructure failures, or failures of third-party hosting or telecommunications providers. Such events do not constitute a fault on our side for the purposes of Schedule 1. This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights, including any refund rights described in Schedule 1.
Electronic communications. When you use the Services or email us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide to you electronically (including by email or in-platform notification) satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Entire agreement. These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Xicoia regarding the Services and, other than any service-specific terms, supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and Xicoia.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of laws that cannot be excluded by agreement in the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
15. Disputes — Additional Terms for US Residents
If you live in the United States, this Section 15 applies to you in place of the courts language in Section 14 (Governing law), except for the matters carved out below.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and Xicoia agree to try to resolve any dispute informally: contact us at support@xicoiatalent.com with a description of the dispute, and both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it within 60 days. Any applicable limitation periods are paused during this process.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted remotely or in the county where you live, at your option. This agreement to arbitrate does not apply to: (a) individual claims that qualify for small claims court; or (b) either party seeking injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
Class action and jury trial waiver. By agreeing to arbitration, you and Xicoia each waive the right to a trial by jury. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Neither you nor Xicoia may participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim for public injunctive relief, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and heard in court.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement, without any effect on your ability to use the Services, by emailing support@xicoiatalent.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the email address associated with your account, and that you opt out of arbitration.
16. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint about the Services or any Content generated during your use, please contact us in the first instance at support@xicoiatalent.com or by post at:
Xicoia Ltd, 20 Vespasian Way, Dorchester, England, DT1 2RD
For privacy-related complaints or requests, please contact privacy@xicoiatalent.com.
We will endeavour to respond within 10 working days.
Intellectual property complaints. If you believe content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact support@xicoiatalent.com with a description of the work concerned, the material you believe infringes it, and your contact details, and we will investigate.
Notice to California users. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, users in California are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: complaints may be reported to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

The following information is provided to satisfy disclosure requirements that apply to online sellers in the countries where the Services are available.

- Contact: support@xicoiatalent.com (general and order enquiries); privacy@xicoiatalent.com (personal data). We handle enquiries by email: we aim to acknowledge your message within two working days and to respond to complaints within 10 working days (Section 16).
- What is sold: bundles of calling minutes (15 or 30 minutes) for live video conversation with our AI character, as described in Schedule 1.
- Price: shown before you buy and at checkout, in your local currency where we support it, inclusive of any applicable tax. There are no delivery charges and no fees beyond the price shown.
- Payment: by card at the time of order, processed by Stripe.
- When you receive what you buy: immediately on payment. Minutes may be used until the Service End Date stated in Section 2.
- Cancellation and refunds: as set out in Schedule 1, Sections (c), (d) and (f).
Schedule 1 — Payment Terms
These Payment Terms form part of our AI Platform Terms of Use above and together are your agreement with us.
No subscription. All purchases under these Payment Terms are one-off purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal: we only charge your payment method when you place an order.
Additional paid for services, descriptions, pricing, and changes
Currently Xicoia offers paid-for additional time with Tilly in bundles of 15 or 30 minutes, up to a total of 30 purchased minutes per person. The bundles offered to you depend on what you have already bought: after a 15-minute bundle, only a further 15 minutes is available. Prices are fixed in three currencies: customers in the United States are charged in US Dollars, customers in the European Union in Euros, and customers in the United Kingdom in Pounds Sterling. If you are located elsewhere, we may show and charge the price in your local currency, converted from our Pound Sterling price at the rate applied at checkout; where local-currency pricing is not available for your location, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling. The charge currency is determined automatically from your location and is not user-selectable. The exact price of each bundle, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. If your payment card or account is not denominated in the charge currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
All purchased minutes expire at the Service End Date — 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday, 19 September 2026 (7:59 AM British Summer Time on Sunday, 20 September 2026) — see Section 2 of the Terms of Use. Minutes cannot be used after that time, and any minutes you have not used by then are forfeited; no refund is given for unused minutes (your statutory rights, including under Sections (c), (d) and (f) below, are unaffected). This expiry is shown before you buy and at checkout, so please only buy minutes you expect to use before the Service End Date. No purchases are possible after the Service End Date. If you bought a bundle within the last 14 days and have not started using it, you can still cancel it for a full refund under Section (f) below — including after the Service End Date. Total purchases are capped at 30 minutes per person, and each individual call is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes of talk time — if your balance (including any free minutes) is more than one call can use, the remainder stays on your balance for further calls (usable until the Service End Date). The current bundles, prices, the expiry date and your remaining allowance are shown on our platform. Please note that there are limited seats with each of our AI characters and, if full, you will be asked to return or join a queue for when a seat is available — seats are limited, so do not leave your minutes to the final hours.
Order
If you wish to order paid for services from us, you must fill in your request via our platform and pay for access, currently via Stripe. Once you have paid you will be given immediate access. Xicoia accepts your order when Xicoia supplies the output and services to you.
Sometimes Xicoia rejects orders. Sometimes Xicoia rejects orders, for example because Xicoia can't verify your age (where the product is age-restricted) or because you are located in a country where Xicoia cannot supply services or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, Xicoia will let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
Xicoia charges you when you order. Payment is taken in full at checkout, before your minutes are added to your account.
Pricing and Billing
Access to our Services, or to specific features within them, may require payment of applicable fees. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the Services. Details of our pricing are shown on our platform at chat.tillynorwood.com, unless Xicoia has communicated different terms to you in writing.
If you purchase access to our Services directly from us, you must supply complete and accurate billing details ("Payment Method"). By providing a payment card or other payment method accepted at checkout as your Payment Method, you confirm that it belongs to you and that you are 18 or over. Unauthorised use of a Payment Method will make you liable to us for any resulting losses.
You authorise us to charge your Payment Method for all applicable fees and taxes. You authorise us to apply these charges and any associated taxes once you have placed your order.
If you purchase access through a third-party distributor (such as an app store) ("App Distributor"), payment will be made directly to that distributor. In such cases, the App Distributor's terms regarding payment methods, billing, and refunds will govern in place of these Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Payment Terms or required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing it.
You agree that Xicoia bears no liability for errors attributable to third-party payment processors handling transactions between you and us.
Your account, paid access, faults, cancellation and refunds
To buy paid-for time with Tilly you must first create an Account under our Terms of Use and then complete the purchase within our Services. Signing up for an Account constitutes your agreement to these Payment Terms.
New users may be offered initial free access (currently 2 minutes) while our free allowance lasts. We may reduce or withdraw free access for new users at any time; free minutes already added to your account are unaffected. You may then purchase bundles of 15 or 30 minutes of paid access to Tilly, up to the 30-minute total-purchase cap and subject to the Service End Date described above.
a. Additional Paid Access. Submitting an order for further paid-for time with our AI character represents an offer by you to purchase further paid-for services from us. Xicoia reserves the right to decline orders in certain circumstances, for example where the Service is unavailable in your location or was listed at an incorrect price. These Payment Terms become legally binding upon your use of the services and each paid for content order will be subject to these Payment Terms and our Terms of Use.
b. Paid for content, features, and services. The content, features, and services included in your paid for content, along with its duration, will be described during the ordering process. Xicoia may update or refresh the content, features, and services periodically, and Xicoia does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific content, feature, or service during your access window; your remaining minutes stay usable (subject to seat availability) until the Service End Date. User video recordings created by you will be retained by us for 24 hours after which they will be permanently deleted subject to any uses by us flagged in our privacy policy. In addition, we reserve the right from time to time to undertake platform maintenance and repairs so we do not promise 24/7 availability of the service.
If the Services are unavailable for a significant period before the Service End Date because of a fault on our side (including capacity limits or maintenance) and, as a result, you were genuinely unable to use purchased minutes before they expired, contact support@xicoiatalent.com and we may, at our discretion, re-credit affected minutes (where time remains) or refund the unused portion.
Where your paid for content includes extra time beyond our free services this will be communicated to you during the order process.
c. Faults. In the event that you do not receive the content or services and it is our fault, please contact support@xicoiatalent.com and Xicoia will do its best to fix the problem. If it is our fault and Xicoia is unable to fix the issue, you may be due a partial or full refund.
If Tilly fails to join your call, the minutes reserved for that session are automatically re-credited to your balance in full. If a session ends early, only the minutes actually used are deducted and the unused balance is retained (usable until the Service End Date).
d. Service withdrawal. If we permanently discontinue the Services (or the AI character your minutes relate to) before your minutes have expired, we will refund you the proportion of your payment that relates to your unused minutes. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days. This does not apply where your access was terminated for a serious or repeated breach of our Terms of Use, and the scheduled arrival of the Service End Date (19 September 2026), which is disclosed before you buy, is not a discontinuation for the purposes of this Section.
e. Paid for content fees. Fees for the paid for content are payable in advance at the start of the relevant additional services, either to us or to the App Distributor as applicable. Xicoia may revise the fees applicable to future purchases from time to time; any change will be shown at checkout before you buy and will never affect minutes you have already purchased.
f. Cancellation and your statutory withdrawal right. Because purchases are one-off (there is no subscription), there is no ongoing arrangement to cancel. Your statutory cancellation rights are as follows:
- (1) You have a statutory right to withdraw from your paid for content within 14 days of purchase, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, email us at support@xicoiatalent.com before the 14-day period expires, saying that you wish to cancel and, if you can, the date and amount of your purchase. You may use the model form in (5) below, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt by email and process your refund as set out in (2) and (3) below.
- (2) If you cancel under this Section (f), Xicoia will refund all payments received from you in respect of the cancelled paid for content. The refund will be issued promptly and no later than 14 days from the date Xicoia receives notice of your cancellation, using the same payment method as your original transaction. No fees will be deducted in connection with the refund.
- (3) Starting your minutes. By completing your purchase you request that we begin providing your minutes immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under this Section (f) once your bundle has been fully used. If you cancel within 14 days and have used none of your bundle, we refund it in full. If you have used part of it, we refund the unused minutes in proportion to the bundle you bought. Once a bundle has been fully used, no refund is due under this Section (f). Refunds under Sections (c) and (d) above are unaffected.
- (4) Your local law. Nothing in this Section (f) limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country, state or province where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement. Some jurisdictions give you a right to cancel an online purchase within a set period (for example, seven days in Taiwan) unless, before you buy, you are told that the right will not apply and you agree to the service being supplied straight away. This Section is that notice, and the confirmation you give at checkout is that agreement. If the law where you live gives you a longer or different right that cannot be excluded, that right applies instead of the equivalent provision of this Section (f).
- (5) Model cancellation form. You may use the form below to cancel, but you do not have to; an email to support@xicoiatalent.com saying that you wish to cancel is enough.

g. Paid for content purchased through third parties. Where your paid for content was purchased via an App Distributor, your cancellation rights will be governed by the App Distributor's terms, and Section (f) will not apply. The App Distributor's terms will specify the process for notifying them of cancellation and the applicable refund arrangements.
Additional Fees
Xicoia may also revise fees for Services. Where additional charges apply, Xicoia will give you the opportunity to review and accept them before any payment is taken. Additional fees may also apply to new Services or features that Xicoia introduces. If you do not accept the applicable charges, Xicoia may withdraw your access to the relevant Services or features.
Delivery, risk, and ownership
- Once your call has ended, we email you a link to download the video recording of your call, which is available for 24 hours. The recording is a complimentary feature and is not part of the paid service; your rights in it, and the circumstances in which we may withhold a recording, are set out in Section 7 of our Terms of Use above.
These Payment Terms form part of the Xicoia Terms of Use and together are your agreement with Xicoia.
